Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our website, call, or WhatsApp.
Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation call/message.
Service availability is subject to technician availability and area coverage within Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Service Charges & Payment
Charges are based on service type, time, and required materials.
Any additional work will be quoted before proceeding.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer after service completion.
Note: Taxes and material costs (if any) are not included in the base service fee.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations within 2 hours of appointment may incur a nominal fee.
We reserve the right to cancel services in case of emergencies or technical issues.
Liability & Warranty
Guru Home Services ensures skilled professionals and quality work.
We are not liable for pre-existing issues, customer negligence, or damage due to third-party involvement.
Service warranty (if applicable) will be mentioned during or after job completion.
Customer Responsibilities
Ensure access to the property and necessary utilities (e.g., water, electricity).
Keep valuables safe and ensure a secure work environment for technicians.
Inform us about any building-specific rules or timing restrictions.
Intellectual Property
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or website indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
